House Salad with
The Mansion on Turtle Creek
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
Serves 6

1 small head  Boston or Bibb lettuce
1 small head Red oak lettuce or radicchio
1 small bundle  Baby spinach
1 head  Baby white chicory
1 head  Belgian endive
Red baby pear tomatoes
4 Yellow baby pear tomatoes
1 1/2 cups  The Mansion on Turtle Creek Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Rinse, core, dry, and separate all lettuces and spinach into a large bowl. Separate, wash, and dry endive leaves and set aside. Wash and dry tomatoes and set aside. Toss all lettuces with 1 cup Fresh Herb Vinaigrette. Place 2 Belgian endive leaves at the 12 o'clock position on each of six salad plates to form a V. Place a red and yellow tomato on each side of the V. Place equal portions of salad on each plate. Drizzle remaining vinaigrette around the outside of salads. Serve immediately.
